Becklund Jewelers is one of the finest jewelry stores I've ever frequented. The staff is all about customer service. I feel like I'm getting quality treament in every way.
Several years ago they repaired an antique watch and just last week they resized a ring. When I called to ask if they could get the resizing done earlier than they had originally planned....they did it without any reservations.

I had great service at Becklund Jewelers today. I went in for a watch battery and they took care of it in a few minutes. I liked they were up front about cost. I ended up having my rings cleaned and will be going back to have a wedding ring serviced soon. Thank you ! :)

When I was in high school, I didn't want the generic class ring that I wouldn't wear later in life. So I went to Becklund Jewelers to craft my own ring. I selected an opal from their AMAZING selection (they actually have contacts in Australia where they mine the opals and sometimes the whole store is just full of the most amazing stones) and we crafted a beautiful white gold ring together that I still wear to this day. Greg was patient, helped me in the design process, and ultimately end up with a class ring I was proud of (and still wear 8 years later). Thanks Greg!

We needed to get my wife's wedding band and engagement ring joined, and I'm so glad we found Becklund Jewelers. They did the job quickly, and were very sensitive to the fact that we wanted to get it back on her finger as quickly as possible. The service was superb, and Jeff even offered to polish the diamonds on the pendant she was wearing for free when we picked up the ring. This is a jeweler that you can trust!

This is a wonderful jeweler to have in Eden Prairie. A locally owned, longtime family- run jeweler that I have trusted to reset my wedding ring, reset other rings and jewelry, and appraise heirlooms handed down to me. They are first-class and I recommend them to professionally handle anyone's jewelry needs. They have a nice selection of watches, and service them as well.
